I, (Your Name) , do hereby affirm my desire to become a member of LotFotL Community Farm in 2013. I am comfortable with the farm communicating changes, updates, and announcements about my shares via email. If I do not use email I will make special arrangements with the farm. I will give feedback to LotFotL, both positive and negative, but hopefully always in a constructive fashion, concerning their products and services.

In signing up for a CSA share I am committing to investing the full cost of my share into the farm. Whether I pay in full or in installments, I am liable for the full amount of the share. I understand that the farm plans is vegetable production and makes investments based on these commitments, so it is imperative that I fully pay for my share. I understand that this is an investment, so some years the return is especially high and some years, it may be a bit lower than hoped. In the event that I feel I must discontinue with my share, I understand that there is $150 cancellation fee for veggie shares (or 25% of the cost on any other shares).

I will pick up or arrange for pick up of produce from the specified location in a timely fashion and follow the directions given at the site (checking the roster list and only taking what is listed after my name). Drop sites are only required to keep boxes for the set drop times. If pick up cannot be arranged, CSA boxes will be removed the morning after delivery. I understand that LotFotL is not in a position to give credit or replace unclaimed boxes.

I understand that LotFotL cannot grow produce when the oceans boil over, or a comet strikes the fields, or in other acts-of-god situations. I
