Crisp Cucumber Salsa

– 2 cups cucumber, finely chopped and seeded
– 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
– 2 Tbs fresh parsley, minced
– 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
– 4 1/2 tsp fresh cilantro, minced
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
– 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
– 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
– 1/4 tsp ground cumin
– 1/4 tsp seasoned salt

1. Combine cucumber, onion, parsley, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic in one bowl.

2. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin, and seasoned salt in another bowl.

3. Pour contents of second bowl into first and toss to combine.

4. Serve immediately with chips.
