
– 2 to 3 apples, cored and chopped
– grapes, halved
– Dried fruit like raisins, craisins, dried cherries, etc
– Seeds like hemp, sunflower, etc
– Nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc, chopped
Dressing:
– Lemon juice– Maple syrup
– Apple cider vinegar
– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper
Mix salad ingredients in large bowl. For dressing, start by whisking equal parts of lemon juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil and then adjust to taste.
