Plein Air Painting at LotFotL

Join local artist (and farm member) Jessica Fuchs for a drop-in painting experience at LotFotL Community Farm! Sign up for our event held on Sunday September 28, 2025, at 2pm.

Enjoy a Plein Air route (painting in nature, of our surroundings). There’s still plenty of beauty in the fields and around the farm to be captured. You are invited to find a spot that enchants you and paint it.

If the weather does not cooperate for Plein Air, we move the event indoors to the barn area. Farmer April & art facilitator Jessica will inspire you with still life scenes from things gathered around the farm. Regardless, it is sure to be a great way to connect with and capture the beauty on the farm.

Remember to dress appropriately. Layers are smart, as temps can change quickly this time of year. You know your body, go ahead and bring what you need to be comfortable.

Event Price: $35. Includes admission and all your supplies, including acrylic paint and canvas to create your masterpiece. If you have a favorite chair, go ahead and bring it, otherwise we have plenty of farm chairs. Artists must be 12 and over for this event.
